The Fresh Start Scholarship awards two recipients $1,500 each per year, split across a spring and fall cycle, for a total annual value of $3,000. Funds are disbursed directly to the recipient's accredited institution. The scholarship is administered through an independent 501(c)(3) community foundation partner.
