O’Brien & Eggleston PLLC is excited to announce its annual scholarship, available to students who will be attending school in the fall of 2026 as either pre-law undergraduates or first-year law students. This $1,000 scholarship aims to assist students with the expenses associated with attending a school anywhere in the United States. Qualifications: Applicants must be U.S. citizens or otherwise authorized to work in the United States. Applicants must have been accepted into a school and will be attending as either pre-law undergraduates or first-year law students in the fall of 2026. Applicants must have a minimum undergraduate cumulative GPA of 3.0. Selection criteria: A completed resume. A one to three (1-3) page typed essay on a topic of their choice related to the area of law they intend to pursue. A complete copy of their school transcripts. An acceptance letter from a school within the United States. Proof of legal residency in the U.S. (e.g., birth certificate, passport, permanent resident card, etc. Social security cards will not be accepted.)
