Qualifications: - 18 years or older - Enrolled in or accepted to a full-time undergraduate or postgraduate programme at an accredited institution in the UK, USA, Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, or France - Studying nutrition, food science, chemistry, biology, dietetics, public health, or a closely related field - Demonstrates curiosity or involvement in gluten-free living, digestive health, or food innovation Selection criteria: Our selection team will evaluate essays based on originality, clarity, impact, and practicality.
